I can't make it on the 14th. Listen, this WILL happen, however, it might take some time. I work for the world's largest networking company and my travel schedules spans 3 regions. Plus, I coach a girl's travel soccer team with practices 3 days a week. No excuses, it's my schedule is really tight. No need to worry about new performance mods, either. I'm saving my pennies for my SRT-6. Also, I do have a video camera, so I'll be able to bring that. I let you know when I'm available. This doesn't mean that nyc_srt-8 still isn't up for the challenge. (I can't let this thread die)!

Yes. But, I can't drop everything I'm doing and drive 2 hrs. on the 14th. That says nothing about backing out. I didn't realize that was the only day in the rest of the year to do this! I could easily say that NE should drive up this way to Summit Point? It will happen.

 

Does Summit Point have a Drag Strip??? I have a few friends that live in the NOVA area that I can crash with overnight. I'd be willing to do that. I was actually planning on being up there for the weekend of October 12-14 for a concert anyway.

I may have my Intake spacers and Intercooler sprayers I'm designing on by then, but I don't think it will make that much difference. If anything that will make for more equal footing against your minor bolt-ons.

 

I'm still following this thread due to my wife's desire for an SRT6! I live in S.C. but will be in the Pigeon Forge area of Tennessee this weekend and still would like to compare my SRT8 with the SRT6 in different situations. So if anyone's going to be in that area of Tn. this weekend or lives in S.C., just let me know and we will try to work something out!

I don't see how that's gonna work. If you get to NC at 4, go to the dealership to get the car and get on the road, I don't see you making it to Richmond until at least 8 oclock...
