I may be wrong but being I have only had mine to 145mph I can't say for sure but I have been told and read numerous times that the SRT6 has a speed governor on them for 158Max MPH?
Also anyone that can help guide me to a pulley upgrade and any other information would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Montana Crossfire

From the factory, 158 is max (but I think some have been 160-163?)
After ECU Tune, they erase the speed governor.

The USA does not do our Crossfires any justice. Being in the Army, I had my Crossfire Limited shipped over to Germany. On A3, A6, A9, and A93 I was able to run my Crossfire at 155mph for extended periods of time and had no issues what-so-ever. Even at 155mph, I still had 1,000 rpm still left before redlining, but the Speed limiter kicked in. So I really want to remove the speed limiter and see what my baby can do. I'm really kicking around the idea of getting the TVT250 kit. But after reading....has anyone actually installed it and if yes, is it really worth the investment?
P.S....You know the Crossfire is an incredibly sharp car when you're running 155mph down the autobahn and a Maseratti owner slows down to run side by side with you and offer a head nod and smile before slowing down even more to follow behind for a few miles..... it happened to me on A93 coming back from Munich.

Andrew,
Boy this is an old thread.
Since this post I have had mine to 173mph and I left quite a bit on the table.
Forgot I ever stated that...
