Question for former "standard" Xfire owners who are now SRT-6 owners
i am trying to avoid driving the SRT, after a test drive you get hooked, and i am very content with my 6 speed base model ever since i snagged some SRT-6 seats for it hahahah ...
but overall i think it would be a more fitting car since the automatic would make it great for traffic and the extra power all the more fun when out and about on the road alone ... i have always driven a stick cause i never found a automatic i liked until i tried the xf in a auto, very very well done programming, responds as if it knew what i would want it to do.

Yes after driving the '04 for 60k miles I got a new SRT6 cpe last week! This car and it AMG benz wheels, added brakes, drivetrain improvements are a definite BIG difference if you want AMG PERFORMANCE for a bargain $price$! It must be the best deal $ wise per Horsepower! I'm happy!

I would consider buying an SRT-6 if they made them in manual...what a great car for the money. However I would never buy an automatic sports car.
