Soft shifting Trans
Sounds like some of us are experiencing problems. Mine will not chirp at all nor will it spin them when I hammer on it. Rolling start I get a little squeal. I only have 15,000 I wonder what the deal is i want to feel all the power.
Mine is back to its old soft ways again. I guess I have SD (shifting dysfunction), does anyone make a blue pill for that? Can shifting be altered if the ECU is re-flashed?

The sb really opened up my limited and that thing went from a dog to at least a half way decent feeling sports car. The lag we are experiencing has to be contributed to that. I tried so hard the other day to get any tire traction loss and it just wasn't going to happen from hammering on the pedal. Although it did happen when I got on some smoother pavement.
Easy way to tell if your 'fly-by-wire' throttle has 'learned' a bit too much... find an empty or very sparsely traveled road, do the reset of the throttle and then go and mash it from a standstill with the traction control off.
I would bet money you get scratch in 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.
Here's the throttle reset instructions for your convenience...

The Throttle is "Drive By Wire" and adapts to your particular driving
style. Do a TBA Throttle body adaptation.
1. Get in your car, it doesn't matter if you close the door or not.
2. Turn the key to the on (not start) position, the position just before the starter
turns over.
3. Press the gas pedal to the floor with the key in the "on" position.
4. Hold the pedal to the floor for five seconds, then turn the key back
to the "off" position (don't remove the key), then release the gas
pedal.
5. Wait 2 mins. for a full alignment.
6. Drive the car as you always do.
Depending on your driving style, this may or may not be a big factor. I do a lot of city driving so I noticed a big change after erasing my history. It is not hard to do this, just follow the instructions -
Key on, pedal down, 5 sec, key off pedal up, wait 2 minutes.
Keep the key in for the entire thing.
If this doesn't work, disconnect your neg. battery cable for 20 minutes. This will re-set the parameters in the drive-by-wire... Unfortunately it will delete your pre-set radio stations, clock etc. as well...

Its funny you said this Cause that is exactly what I did that night and still nothing. I am going to disconnect the neg terminal. Hopefully that will help also I am picking up the SB.
