Default Srt-6 Service Recommendations

All,
I live in the Cleveland / Akron, Ohio area and recently purchased an SRT-6. I purchased the vehicle at a Chrysler dealership about 160 miles from where I live. My question is to anyone in my general area. Do you have any recommendations on SRT-6 dealerships in my area for the service? Recently, I contacted a dealership that was somewhat recommended however; when I inquired with the service manager, "Do you see allot of these (SRT-6)?" He stated, "oh those cars are bulletproof and we don't really see too many of them." This is a good and bad thing. Great car, but I would rather have someone wrenching on the car that has some experience and know how, and not blindly experimenting with repairs.
I hope someone out there has some good information for me.
Thanks.

Well, the thing to take into consideration is that you just aren't going to find a dealership that has an SRT-6 expert. A Crossfire expert perhaps. They made so few SRT-6s (~ 3,000) that I would imagine that MOST dealers have never had one in their service department at all. I know one thing. Once the warranty is up, mine is going to a Benz dealer.

The dealership I bring my SRT6 to have two
certified crossfire mechanics. They have done
a great job with my car. Only problem, I'm about
2,000 miles from Ohio...

Sharon Chrysler is well known for their excellent service department. They are a very small dealership that maintains a small lot and survives mainly on their service. That said, I don't know if they have any certified Crossfire mechanics. I will be finding out though, since I live about 10 blocks from the dealer.

If you want to check them out, here's the contact info:
Sharon Chrysler
923 EAST STATE ST
SHARON, PA 16146-3331
Phone: (724) 346-3548

Just in case you're not familiar with Sharon, PA, it's the first exit on I-80 East just after you cross the Penn/Ohio border. While you're in town, you can check out the original Quaker Steak and Lube.

Thanks for the info! Hopefully I can find a dealer a little closer to home. BTW, been to that Quaker. Pretty cool. We rode out there last summer for a bike night. (my other toy). Not sure if they follow the same routine but I have 2 Quaker Steaks close to me. One in Vally View, Ohio and the other in Sheffield Lake, Ohio. On Sunday in Sheffield Lake and Monday in Valley View they have a car show (car night). I had my X fire up there last week and I was pretty amazed by the amount of people giving it a look. I pretty much heard the same comment over and over. "What the heck is this?", then they see the SRT-6 motor and I usually get "Holy $hit", look at that!" Definitely a good time. If they have a car night in Sharon you should check it out...
Thanks again.
