Pulled air filters and I find leaves and a dead Cicada in the right air box...

Guess parking under that tree where I used to work this summer was a no no.

 

Ha! How did it get past your grill? Aren't those fairly big?

 

I would guess that in 17 years you'll have a new batch of cidada's in your beast.

 

Yeah, could be worth something. Here in VA, they come around about 10 years. Hmm, I wonder what would go up more in value - a cicada or the SRT-6?!!

 

I think the damn thing crawled in!
Or crawled then was sucked in.
He was all in one piece...crispy and dry as hell...but wings and all were in one piece until I sucked him up with the hand held dyson...then he broke up as he was spinning around!

Didn't think about it until after the fact should have took a picture.

 

I was surprised how much stuff ended up inside of my air boxes as well...lots of small leaf fragments. But, at least the filters are doing their job!
