Atlanta Sighting

An srt certified tech worked on it as well. Except for the $130 oil change that was sort of thrown in there, id have to say it was a pretty good experience. Driving out to Dallas (which is a hike from midtown) probably saved me a couple days hassle. The 3 year manuf warranty was still in effect and covered the pump, labor, and one day car rental.
taken good care of my SRT-6 and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Sorry about the
oil change... I kinda got stuck on that as well... I.e. I bought the car at Dallas Dodge, and they
had a promotion of "Free" oil changes for life. Thought that was good, but didn't read the mice
type which stated that "special" vehicles and those needing synthetic oil would incur a "surcharge" for the oil. So, after the first $100.00 "Free" oil change, I raised a bit of hell, and
asked them how a price per quart of oil could be called a "surcharge" when it was more than the
price of the same oil at Autozone. Long story to short, I now bring my own oil when I need a
change and they do the work for free. So, did you ask for an oil change as part of the service?
Anyway, glad to hear you're back on the road. Hope you have many miles of trouble free
driving pleasure.

For me Bill (service rep) said "do you need an oil change?" and I said I didnt know - bought it at carmax about 3000 miles ago - he said there was a sensor he could check (?) and he would let me know if I needed one. I never heard anything else from him but got the $130 charge when i picked up the car. Really not a big deal - I dont think he intentionally ripped me off - I just didnt get the confirmation I was expecting, but in the end Im happy I got the oil change.
Whose srt-6 did i see friday coming north on Ptree industrial at 3pm?
I work at the macys tech center in duluth now so Ill be seein ya!

haven't met Bill yet. Anyway, $130 is rather steep for an oil change.
You should have seen me when I got the bill for my free oil change. I literally went straight to
the General Managers office and read him the riot act respecting such bait and switch tactics.
That fellow is no longer at this dealership. There were a couple of customers in the showroom
at the time, and as I was leaving, I heard an older gentleman tell his lady that he just knew
the "free lifetime oil change" was just a marketing gimmick.
But, seriously, I didn't buy the car because of the free oil changes. In the past, I have always
changed the oil myself, but figured while under warranty I'd let the dealer do it (since it was free,
right?) Anyway, now I just take 9 quarts with me when I go in for an oil change. They perform
the labor free and I only pay for oil (well, filters too).
BTW, I don't have any idea who that would be that you are seeing around Peachtree Industrial.
I live up in Kennesaw, so I take I-75. You'll know my car by the license plate. It matches my
handle.

Hey guys. My IC pump failed a couple of weeks ago. I took the car to Ed Voyles Chrysler on Hwy. 41 and told them about the misdiagnosis issue with the pump. They had the car for about 20 minutes when the service manager returned and indicated it was indeed the pump. What a relief! I took the car in a week later for the change, and I'm sure it took them less than two hours. I wasn't there long at all. I hate visits to the dealership and absolutely detest leaving my car with them. These guys are awesome! They've done other work on the car in the past, and I highly recommend them.
