Default Dropped off SRT at dealer with a list of things to do

I dropped off daughters SRT at the dealer last night with a list of things to do. Her XF only has 2 months left on the 3/36 as of April 8.

1 change oil
2 interior light not working
3 check engine light came on Sunday
4 airbag light on
5 suspension car will bottom out over speed bumps-mine does not.
6 steering wheel loose - too much play - again compared to mine
7 rear roadster window starting separate at bottom left corner (this is my main concern).
Only slightly right now, but it will only get worse in a relatively short period of time.
8. heater seats not working

I spoke to my service tech today. As of 5:00 1-4 were completed. He implied that they ordered a new top that would be delivered on Wednesday. I will believe it when I see it. He also said that the car needed the "B" service that was to do something to the rear differential. Hopefully that includes changing the air filters, ect. ect.

As soon as her cf is done I have to drop mine off as they had already ordered the heating elements.

PS I am driving a new 2008 town and country van. Unforunately the van must have been used for surveillance. The driver and passenger windows were so dark from the tinting that I had to roll the windows down to see out the mirrors. I caaled Enterprise and told them I had been pulled over this morning by a cop and given a warning for the tinting. This a slight exageration as the real story is that there was a cop getting some blood drawn at the office this morning and when he was waling to his patrol car in the parking lot he noticed the van and said the tinting was too dark. I told him it was a rental . Thats when he started examining the van and said it was most likely used for surveillance.
