Unhappy just got ecu back from InMotion. What the hell happened??

So, I got my ecu back from InMotion today. I put it back into the car and started her up 5 min ago. The car starts up real rough and is shaking like crazy and then the check engine light comes on. I shut it down pop the hood and start it up again. Same thing, and engine is shaking back and forth like ive never seen it before. What could have gone wrong and has anyone else had a similar issue with InMotion or any ECU tune for that matter. Maybe its something that will go away? Im afraid to start it up again.

Please check all your connections on the ECU. Make sure they are nice and tight.

If you still have problems, please call inmotion.

Wow, I did just that right before you posted. Believe it or not it worked. I didn't see any loose connection but I unplugged all the wires and plugged them back in anyways. Car started up fine, CE light is off. I feel like an idiot but am very happy now . Just shows you what our cars are without a computer these days. Yikes! what a scare haha. And to think my very first thought when I started it up and felt it shake was, "holy crap they must have given me and extra 100hp. Anyways, Now im off for a drive.

Wish I was a mod so I could delete this post before anyone sees it. hehe

The first rule of electronics troubleshooting. Unplug what you just plugged in and re-seat it. That fixes more things than you would believe! Have fun on the ride!

I got the 93 octane one.
I specified to James that I had the code 3 pulley, needswings cai, and iridum premium
plugs one step colder gapped at 38 (Needswing's recommendation)

my history is this...
1st I got the needswings cai - nice little power boost, not mindblowing, but VERY
cool supercharger whine - worth the $$$
2nd I got the newest code 3 aluminum pulley - totally mindblowing power down low
(and up high, but downshifts kinda optional now unless I want warp speed)
Pulls like an absolute monster - so worth the $$$ its not even funny
3rd Just got the chip back from InMotion last night. I always thought the car ran
kinda rough, even stock, throttle response slow and even bogged sometimes when
cold. All thats gone. This thing purrs like a kitten now - totally effortless power, and its running
like a swiss watch. Lots faster? Its faster, but running so smooth that it makes
it hard to tell how much. First impressions from one commute is yeah, its pulling
quite a bit harder, but Ive got to drive it a bit more - couldnt dog it with the ATL traffic.
Well worth the $$$ if it were just for the improvements in throttle response
and the way the tune makes the other mods play so well together.

Happy happy joy joy

That's a great tune. I went 12.02 with that one and the 178, it was before I added the mani's and ypipe. Never really gave it a chance to hit 11's before I went up to the 100 tune. I was going to an MB event and wanted every advantage. Any plans to hit the track?

nah, I probably wont get to the track - such a hike from Atlanta. i have same mods as mrphotoman and he got a 12.27 so its enough for me to just know im probably in that "league"

edit
I take that back actually - if i can get 2 or 3 other srt owners to meet me at atlanta dragway, im there - i know ill be buying more mods after that tho (dang it :-)
so who's coming?
