smoked a nizmo z today
so i was out today cruising with the top down and came alongside a brand new red nizmo z.spring is in the air,and when traffic cleared we both reved up a little, then dude counted down 3 2 1 and we both punched it from about 25-30 mph.my srt opened up a can of whoop- *** on that nizmo and by 100 mph i had him by 5 car lengths,it wasnt even close.at the next light the dudes were giving me thumbs up and saying how sweet my ride was,as was theirs i might add.i dont know the specs on the nismo or the 1/4 mile times but on the street today i owned him. all srt owners should be proud because i represented us well today.
Great kill. Nice too see our cars can still hold off a lot of the newest offerings. I really like the 350's. I know others that seem to hate them. I always draw a lot of attention with my SRT. I was at a car show last weekend and have a description with specs displayed and it still amazes me how many do not know how much HP we have. Can't wait to display the HP with a puly on top of everything else. I was parked beside an older Trans Am and I put him to shame on HP numbers.

Not to be a buzz killer, but those things are about as fast as they are ugly... In a straight line, they are the same a regular 350Z. It's a mid to high 14 second car in the 1/4. Remember the TV Commercials from a while back advertising the Toyota Celica GT Action Package? The catch phrase was "It Looks Fast!"
If an SRT-6 was even close to being beaten by one of those, then there is something wrong with the Crossfire.

I killed a new G37 on the freeway they other day..............The guy was pissed as all hell when he pulled up to me at the light at the end of the race............

Nice kill.
The Nismo 350z is primarily made as an out-of-the-box road racing car, they even went as far as double stitching the seam welds. The body kit is actuall wind tunnel tested, not just for looks. But they really FAILED in the hp department. 306hp just doesnt cut it these days. Especially for an almost $40k car. The RS edition in Japan has 350hp, but of course us Americans dont need or want that kind of hp, do we?
