Default Exhaust cutting out?

Last week is when I first noticed this. The car was in park and I was revving from 2000 - 3000 RPM so a friend could hear. After I would let off it sort of sounded like the exhaust was "cutting out." Like it was being bogged or something. It's hard to explain. I can make a sound clip if necessary. Has anyone else had a similar problem or is there another thread you could refer me to? Thanks!

i dont have that problem, but of course i can barely hear the exhaust when i rev it anyway since its so quiet. but that could be because my last car was a srt-4
