Default kinda worried

i have had my SRT for about a month or so and loving every min of it. visit forum almost everyday and find all the info very educational. well to my worries:

1) when i first got the car i would shift down to 1st while stopped and you could feel it go into gear. now i feel nothing. not sure why. i thought it might have been because of me using wet traction. nothing. im going to try resetting my tranny and see if that helps.

2) car feels like it stalls some as i gas it. really feel it in 1st when i get on it. also i have noticed it in the mornings pulling out on the road normal driving.

car has hit 14k on it and im planning on doing some upgrades. (all because of this forum...thanks guys).
but before i do, want to make sure that i do not need to worry about these small issues. any comments are welcome....and thanks again for all of the car support!!! cant wait to make the srt into a SRT.

Not sure on the tranny issue. Mine stumbles quite a bit when it is cold. I let it warm up a few minutes before I hammer on it.

Try doing a throttle reset:

1. Get in your car, it doesn't matter if you close the door or not.

2. Turn the key to the on (not start) position, the position just before the starter
turns over.

3. Press the gas pedal to the floor with the key in the "on" position.

4. Hold the pedal to the floor for five seconds, then turn the key back
to the "off" position (don't remove the key), then release the gas
pedal.

5. Wait 2 mins.

6. Do a bit of agressive driving to get a bit better response and slow down the loss of pedal sensitivity.

Day to day driving in traffic is low performance so after a while the drive by wire throttle makes the peddle less sensitive.
If I remember a previous thread correctly, it can range from half power at 40% peddle to half power at 80% travel.

Not sure about item 1 but the morning stall is normal on mine when I pull out of the drive. As a matter of fact, I've felt this in my wifes NA coupe.

I think wet mode it will start in second gear but, you manually shifted it to 1st this maybe the reason? Trannys usually take a few miles to warm up.

Actually I am not sure but the system does not reflect gear change correctly when in Winter mode.

I am a new member to the forum, I got my Crossfire a few months ago and I am impressed. I am worried also, I travel quite a bit and my next trip is Mexico City. I've heard that the roads aren't that friendly. I wonder if the ground clearance of my beloved Crossfire will suffer? How does it compare with other sport rides or small rides?

When accelerating lightly from a stop, I feel a surge or a slight lurch. This is the SC engaging. I've ridden in a couple of other SRTs and they do it too.
