Nice job indeed...now we have an 11 second pass on the bottle...who's gonna be the first to snag an 11 without spray?

I have no idea. I'm good with this number, If it goes below 11.5 you gotta get a cage, so I think I'm satisfied for now.

That's like saying who's gonna do it without a pulley, a mod is a mod, No?

Eh, I don't know. There is something about nos.
Maybe it is that you can put nos on almost anything, civics, scions, vws, etc.
Not knocking your numbers, just my .02

Well, until someone replaces the number one and number two times on dragtimes.com,with a timeslip, I'm gonna stick with it! Both with/or without the nos!

What he said. I wanna see 11.9999999 with no spray, then I'll have a path to follow. I'm glad to see one run an 11, but I still don't care for N2O.

I thought you didn't need a cage till 10.99. Maybe a rollbar at 11.50?

i think you got a lot more left in the car with that bottle if you decide to go back to the track, especially not spraying in 1st gear. if the 60 ft woulld have been a 1.78 instead of a 1.88 that would have been an 11.50 pass.

That's an awesome run on the 12.08 @117, but I'm with RPM on the NOS. I hope I don't pi$$ anyone off, but as far as I'm concerened we still don't have an SRT 6 in the 11's. Putting a bottle in a car, your not racing, your ricing. It's like saying I'm 6'2, but that's with my boots on with 2" heels.

That is just silly, that is like saying using a cold air intake, a pulley swap or drag radials is cheating. They are all power adders just like nitrous is a power adder.

Gotta draw the line somewhere and my line is draw'in at adding NOS. I'm not calling it cheating. If you were to drop a S/C AMG V8 in an SRT 6 and run in the 10's, is that just a power adder?

I agree. I would not use NOS on anything because to me it's like "False" power. It can only be used for short distances and is not a consistant HP for the car. I'm not saying its right or wrong, im just stating my opinion. Although on the other hand, I would use a NOS setup on my bracket car for top end driving tactics and in case of tire spin off the line.....

My respect for drag cars typically starts at much lower times than 11s. It's a product of watching friends run Dodge Omnis well into the 10s. I don't want to see any slicks or nitrous oxide on a car that is masquerading as "streetable". Race it exactly like you drive it to work.

Although that 1.8 60' is still pretty damn good for a Crossfire. You must have the launch down to a science... or do you have a two step on that thing too.

In any case, you seem to be the first person to propel a Crossfire down the 1/4 in under 12 seconds, so I guess that deserves some sort of recognition. Well done.

I believe I have the best 60ft time for a crossfire at 1.725 on toyo proxes TR1's Sorry, i had to brag just a little!!! :P I have had several in the low 1.80's so this car is very capable of some excellent 60ft times!

I just saw your time in your sig. Did you post that on dragtimes yet? Nice job by the way.
