Is there some kind of universal script that riceboys read from when they lose?

Standard excuse one: "I spun my tires".

Standard excuse two: "My car is not running right".

And no doubt, had you raced and beat him a third time, standard excuse three would have been offered: "I missed a shift". Did he have an automatic? Well, it doesn't matter if he did, he still would have missed a shift.

If you see him again you should tell him that he is lucky that you had removed your VTEC else you would have really wasted him.

The only 2 things they have that we don't are a better sounding engine/exhaust and street credibility(weither they deserve it or not)

It's really a shame they don't have decent power. They are beautiful cars.
IMO there almost like a Harley. Decent sound with a total lack of power.

When I was young and in my prime I use to street race all the time. I use to beat cars that should have been faster than mine. I was quick out of the hole causing the competition to burnout more than they should. We all know when you're spinning your wheels you aren't make as much headway as the car who isn't spinning their wheels. Then there were the close races and the loser would say you just beat me by a couple of feet. I would reply, "I was only showing you enough to win." That always pissed them off.
