How many interested?
Sorry, none as of yet. Will be following up on this no later than this weekend. I will ask the contact the availible dates for mid to late fall.
Any ideas for payment anyone?
I will ask if she can do the favor of "portioning" the deposit or so. Everyone send a small check to her to total the $250 type of thing. It would be very unfortunate to "have" 20 people committed and then only get 5 and everyone else have to come up with the remainder.

I would be interested in the fall GTG in Gainsville.
I've run there several times with the SCCA (in the Miata) and the Porshe Club (in the SS). It's a great little track with multiple layout possibilities ..., nice run-off areas (try not to use these) ..., and a good smooth surface. Not much for facilities, and if you never been to G-ville Raceway before ..., it's out in the boonies. That means bring your own shade, seats-n-eats.
Timing equipment would be a HUGE plus, as the old "stopwatch" method isn't consistant enough to really measure small improvements, but it's expensive to own and requires somebody familiar with the set-up to run it.
I've been itchin' to try out the SRT, I haven't raced since I traded the Miata. But, I usually work weekends and may not be able to commit. Just my luck.
You won't regret it if you can make it happen!
