After looking around and trying to decide for months, I finally found, and bought, a 2005 SRT Roadster and will be picking it up this weekend. I found a silver sapphire blue with only 4,600 miles on it and full extended warrantee until Feb 2014 for just over $23,000 and will be heading from Iowa to Colorado this weekend to pick it up from the guy.

I know I should have checked things out beforehand, but with that great of deal, I wanted to jump on it right away. I figure I am pretty safe considering the full warrantee, but is there anything anyone can think of to check out or look for before handing over the check. The carfax was clean and the car was bought from a dealer in Feb 07 with just 900 miles...the guy is now moving out east and needs to get rid of the car was the story I got.

Any help would be appreciated and I can't wait to continue to learn more about this car! Thanks!

Congrats from someone who loves those SSB Roadsters, I've had 3 of them & an SSB Coupe, 3 of them SRT6's. They are a Beautiful Beast, just be careful the power can be scary & the adrenaline rush overpowering!

You'll love it, I almost bought an SSB SRT6 Roadster from CO last year, I wonder if it is the same one?
