Ugh! Not the kind of mods you were thinking about I'm sure. No injuries is the best news, now go get it fixed so you can drive drive drive again.

Glad you're ok. It just sucks when people don't pay attention when they are driving!

So far the premiminary estimate is $4,200. It includes the repair of the rear quarter and rear bumper. If those items are repalced tack on another $1,500 just in parts.

I'd rather get new everything since I'm not paying for it but I'm not sure who makes that decision. So, at most it could be $7,000 if I can get those parts replaced rather than repaired.

Oh and here's how much damage was done to his truck

So it was a truck.

UPDATE:

Car still isn't done, it'll be a month soon that I haven't had it. Fortunately, when I called this morning, I was told that the car was in final assembly and will be going to the service shop to get the suspension looked at. I know it needs a new shock, so hopefully it's just that and an alignment. It's been an agonizing month with the 2.7L Charger. Damn thing's too slow.

Anyway, I look forward to being back on the road in the 6 soon. It'll be like having a brand new car all over again.
