Pics from the track...nice cars

Here are a couple of pics of nice cars I saw at the track today. Beautiful old Pontiac rod and Cobra 427 kit car. The Cobra did a 12.7 and 12.1 while I was there on street tires. He was short shifting 1 and 2 to reduce the spinning. The Mustang GT is the one that I whupped up on casue he was 'getting sideways'. Note the MT ET Streets on the back. Nice car though.

Not into Kit cars but the Pontiac looks sweet.

I'm not much for kits either, but at the prices of what an official Cobra 427 is going for, you can't blame anyone. I'd love to have one.

Ive heard that some cobra kits are more stable and solid than the original.........Chrome molly tubing and such.......may not be original but who can afford an original any way?
