Default Zaino -- Results/Pics

Okay, so I finally applied Zaino last night. It really was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I used Dawn dishwahing liquid to take the existing wax off (Per Zaino instructions). Then I used Z7 car wash and dried the Crossfire. I then applied Z2 Polish w/ ZFX ($20 for 2 ml--but greatly reduces the drying time.) Waited about 30 minutes, took off Z2--very easy to do. Then hit with a shot of Z6 gloss enhancer--this is when you really start to notice the difference. Then put another coat of Z2 on and took off and another shot of Z6 (Z6 is like a detailing mist to use in between waxing--but it's MUCH better than Meguiers Detail mist that I use to use.) And that was it.

The results are in my personal picture gallery(click "ALBUM" Button below)--go check them out (did not take in highest quality mode--because cannot upload those.) Believe me pictures do not do justice...

Check out the reflection picture--yes that is me taking a pic directly into door of the Zaino'd XFire--that is AMAZING!!!!!

Nope--don't need to with the new ZFX (takes the place of Z1). You mix the ZFX with Z2 and it makes the drying time only about 30 minutes. It only takes about 4 drops of the ZFX in about 1 1/2 OZ of Z2 to do the entire car!

I thought it was a two day process? Sounds like just a few hours or was there a break happens somewhere in the process?

...

Woah...just checked out the pictures, dang, I wonder how it will look on my SSB.

How long does is this going to last? Average outdoor exposure and light driving.

It can be a whole day long process if one did 3-4 coats without ZFX. With ZFX (quick dry drops) it only takes 30 minutes (on average) until the Z2 (polish) dries. I put on 2 coats and keep the everyday shine going with Z6 Gloss Enhancer (something you spray on and wipe off).

As far as how long it will last, will depend on how many coats one puts on and maintains. Depending on conditions it could be 2-3 months. I wish the pics cam out better, but the one of my reflection says it all.

I know a bunch of members got free samples of crystal guard, and was wondering if anyone has tried it?

For those staying away from Zaino becuase you think it's too long a process--you are wrong (it's really easy, just read the very detailed and easy instructions they send). Either way, Zaino or CG--they will both make you Xfire even more attractive--and I thought that was impossible

Had heard from other 300M'ers that the Zaino stuff was good, but the reflection shot says it all. Awesome, especially on the colored cars. Wow.

I put on two more coats this past weekend--looks like a mirror. I'm totally hooked, and he put my pics on their website: www.zainostore.com under the testimonitals. They are VERY responsive if you have questions--just placed another other for some other neat stuff from them. Very addicting.

Default Zainoed my Graphite Crossfire today

2 coats of Z5 with ZFx and 1 coat of Z2 with ZFx. Was going to put more coats on but my bottle of Z6 fell off the bumper of my other car and spilled all over the driveway (will have to order more). Anyway I posted a picture of the result in my album. Very pleased but I think it needs a couple more coats of Z2.

That's what I call a Zaino shine! Congrats--you will get addicted to Zaino. I have like 8 coats of Z2 on now--not that it needs more than 2, but in my mind it just keeps getting deeper and wetter look--which I didn't think it could!

I ordered more Z2, ZFX and Z6 this week 8)
