I personally love the tone! Although it sounds a little too loud IMO. I am doing my exhaust now and im really leaning towards two megan m-gt's. I know of one forum member with a megan exhaust. Anyone else? I just have to think about this more and make sure what im thinking will work. I want to attach a 3in stainless Y from the end of my 3" BDJ exhaust and run two m-gt's back. I don't think this should be a big deal, but if anyone has any input here, I would appreciate it!

 

Well, you asked so I have to say that I love the deep sound of the stock exhaust on the SRT-6. I wish the limited had the same sound.

 

Yeah, I do like the stock sound. I just want it to be a little more throaty and a couple ticks louder.

I do wish the sound was louder on the stock. My buddy down the street has a new Stang Shelby GT500. Man that thing sounds awesome when he drives by. Maybe headers would help?

 

Its funny all the crap you find on there when looking at other videos. Some dude probably just tore all the forks out of his manual thinking he should "be in NASCAR" Unreal! Flowmaster sounds awesome. Another guy had four tips and no muffler. Hard to tell how it actually sounded but if it sounds just like inthe vid, screams ricer. Gonna do what that alabaster 7 car did with knocking out the Y pipe and running true duals. That sounded MEAN!!!

 

I agree cutting the Y and running true duals with flowmaster delta 10's sounds nice! but i wonder if he kept the resonators or not in that vid?

 

I really do like that flowmaster setup! Sounds great, but going that route is not in the budget for me right now. Also, I heard that the Flowmasters had a pretty bad resonance in the car. Something I would not want. Decisions Decisions.
