well i had sent out my ecu to Jerry for a tune ,, also afew days ago ordered the spacers from Code three,, and bought the 181 pully from BuffNSoFly well yesterday all of a sudden trucks started pulling up in my drive way,, got them all the ECU is in the car boy did Jerry do a job on that ,before i could not brake the tires loose while rolling now i can;t stop them from spenning and the 181 in not installed yet if you haven't gotten the tune from amgjerry you better get it soon Sat Aug 9 iwill run the 1/8mile with just the tune ,, next will be the spacers and pully, thanks jerry for great service and product jim

yes and Jerry said it would run rich until i got the pully installed, beleave me the tune by it's self makes a hell of a defferance,. jim

This should be interesting. I think the more experienced driver will win.

 

sorry i am still running the stock intake ,,just with k&n filters.

I don't know about that. I have this tendency to spin the wheels...Too much excitement and lead foot. If we switched SRT's, I would agree. Jim has a whole lot more experience then I do on the drag strip. BUT, I will give him a run for his money. LOL

Since my better half and my daughter will be there, I will see if we can get any pictures or video. Unforunately, it is not a lighted track and does not show the times on a pretty sign. They do give you a time slip though.

I agree the tune and 181 will be the fastest,,, now if tire spin is a factor then maybe tune with driver will win,, but i know Randy has lots of drag time and teaching others how to,, so I am not forfiting yet,,I'll give him a hella of a run. my best 1/8 @100% stock is 8.502, 89 degrees and on 93 oct. gas.stock tires. jim
