Has Anybody Had Problems With Tvt.... ? Ordered Products From Them Weeks Ago And Still Haven't Received Them..... Plus, They Won't Respond To My Requests For Tracking Numbers.

Should I Be Worried?

 

They can be slow at getting things out but don't worry you will get it. I meet Tony at a couple of GTG he's a young kid just starting out , he's not out to ripe anyone off.

 

Compared to Erick at LET, TVT is the model of customer service.

 

I've had good, if not immediate, customer service from TVTDesign. I'm pretty sure Tony has a regular job in addition, please give him a chance?

 

I've had pretty quick shipping and response for the stuff that I ordered. You never know they might have received a bunch of orders and it's taking some time to fill it.

 

I have had some slow shipping from both, but I always got good communication from Anthony and Eric during the delays. Keep trying the phone, late afternoon had best results for me. I always got the stuff.

 

Don't be worried. He will come through.

My apologies for the delays. Not to make any excuses, but I've been busy mocking some parts up for an SLK.

Also USPS is extremely slow sometimes. 10 days to CA at times. That's what allows us to offer free shipping though.

 

Funny, I had to call several times on a product that I ordered that took forever to ship from TVT. Yes, it was in stock.
