Supercharger runs almost all the time, here is the video, TAA DAAAA
Here is the Video of the I/C pump and Supercharger operation to prove what I have been saying.
No the car is not like the mad max vehicle and it starts when you are going a LITTLE bit. As I've said the clutch is just for idle and starting to unload the motor and is TOO SMALL to handle the shock load of anything above, like 1500 rpm engagement.
This has taken some time to get thru the wickets and my first attempt with info video so grade me gently please. THe sounds are Hoosier slicks on gravel as I have not had time to remove them. Iam pulling the whole thing/car apart again for the installation of a big suprise that will make more than a few interested. Ill probably put that on a video too now that I can do it, it seems.
So enjoy, and you even get to hear the sound of the modified exhaust on my ride.
At long last to show how it works; the LED's are connected across the windings of the I/C pump motor and the terminals of the Clutch magnet, you also hear the chirp during engagement. This one's for you Brian.

Since I am dealing with what might be a SC clutch problem, can you try this test for me. Pop the hood, start car, and see if the SC is physically spinning at all with the clutch not engaged at idle. I could not stop it spinning by hand. Careful here. Then turn on the A/C. The SC should kick in and be spinning at pulley speed. From what I see, if you want the SC kicked in then just flip on the A/C. Great video by the way.
Thanks,
Karl
Thanks,

That is awesome woody and love the sound of your exhaust! I just removed my resonator and replaced the 'H" pipe with the 'Y' pipe and it sounds like an exotic now!
Thanks for the detailed video!

THe S/C turns at idle due to the airflow into the motor at low speed drawing or sucking the impellers.
Ill look again but you said that the a/c turned it on and I did not note that operation. Ill look again, though it makes sense. Woody.
