I live about 1/2 hour from one of their tunning shops and would like to know how many would be interested in a Diablo Predator ,, this I'm sure most of you know about them and how they work I talked my freind with a PT cruiser to loan them his cruiser so they could build a nice tune for it and now if we WE have enough interest and enough cars maybe we can get a
Diablo Predator for the crossfire limited and srt 6 I have the srt 6 to test on and we will need a limited to test also, the cost for the Diablo Predator I not sure how much it would be but they (for other cars) run 399.00 to 599.00 ,,,I would like it see a tune for pump gas and 100 oct gas the good part with a Diablo Predator is that you plug it in go back to stock any time you want. list below

hmm im not to sure we are going to get a tune if they havent even done an ls4 tune. at least thats what it looks like on that forum

 

I had a diablo for my '05 mustang GT. It was the most valuable tool I had. $300 and I was able to upload tunes to the car bought from online tuner shops (cheaper option than dyno, but dyno wouldve been better). So I had an 87 89 and 91 octane tune and seperate tunes for drag strip, street driving, road trip etc.

Also allowed me to log data for about a half hour that could then be uploaded to laptop and sent to an online tuner person.

Anyways, it was awesome. I would definately buy an srt-6 tuner.

I should point out it allowed the re-writing of the factory tune for if you need to go back to the dealer for anything.

I'm just typing this in case some people aren't sure what it does....

I just ponied up the $500 for the InMotion Custom Tune

 

I might be interested if it could download a custom tune from the car and restore it later. It would be even better if it could save it to a file on a PC that could be shared.

 

I'd be interested in getting a Diablosport Predator tune device. Being able to upload a tune through ODBII programmer would be great. My shop uses them all the time on the Chrysler LX vehicles like the SRT8s. The LX platforms use a lot of the same Bosch and Siemens components as the Crossfire and AMGs.

 

Put me on the list. For those that don't know, they also firm up the shifts, reduce torque management etc.

we just had a pt cruiser there for two days and got the tune for 5 sp cruisers they will be selling it in about 6 weeks we had a gain of 47 hp my crossfire will be the one tested on . just need every one to go to http://diablosport.com/index.php?nam...viewforum&f=17

1st pull 202whp 229 wtq

2-25-07
1st pull: 221 whp 244 wtq
2nd pull: 194 whp 220 wtq

9-19-08
Now on the DS tune this is there numbers:
Base: 193 whp 280 wtq
Tuned: 240 whp 293 wtq

Remember the car was dynode 20 times in order to get the tune just right.

I will put together a write up on how the car is doing.

Tomorrow I will be back to japtrix on the mustang dyno to see compared charts from my previous 221 whp run.

Diablosport please make a Predator for us! I'm jealous of all the SRT8s running around with Predators and custom dyno tunes. I'll ask Josh at HOP to see if he can help do a custom dyno tune.

Same here, they should work out a deal with Inmotion and get info to make this product to market alot quicker.

Put my .02 in on the Diablo site.
RPM was taken over there, so I used BrianFantana (Anchorman reference).
