We had a blast! It had been a while since I have been out there but snce the 1/4 mile track closed I had to get my fix somehow. My fiance loved the crossfire. She had raced a couple of my civics back in the days but they just don't compare. Couple pics and video from my cell phone.

That looked like a pretty fast course. What kinds of speeds were you hitting?

 

yeah it was designed by a C6Z06 owner. I think he wanted an advantage over the minis. I didn't look at the speedo, but I don't think I made it out of second gear. Still wating for the results, but I think the seasoned veterans were in the low to mid 40's and I ran in the high 40's. I really need some better tires. The sumitomos felt squishy and I was spinning and sliding my way through the course.

 

That looked like a lot of fun. I did a bit of autox years ago. Bought some good tires and times went down but the tires were gone in about 8k. Let me know when you are leaving for SC and your route and we can work out a place to meet. Thanks, Jim
