If I am not mistaken the IC pump usually goes hand in hand with the temp sensor?? did they replace that too?

I had the same problem I was told that the IC pump was going bad and to get a Johnson pump to cure my problem. So I spent $170 got the pump, installed it and...you guessed it, same problem.
Woody told me to move the heat exchanger higher up into the air flow. I did that and have been problem free ever since. That includes while running stacked pulleys.
Might be worth a try. Worked for me!

good job nice to know plenty of board members to help out other members and be more effective than a dealership without spending a dime lol.

I do believe Woody also said something about bleeding the air out after a pump install.

The I/C is above the h/e and the bleeding is difficult, there are posts that I did to show how to get the air out, and it takes time. Mostly you need to add a hose clamp to restrict the hose for a while 15 minutes. Tighten it to about half no more constrictiong the hose to allow additional bleed to the tank.
Be well, Woody Check my gallery

On the I/c the lower hose is the goesinta and the upper hose is the goesouta for your info.

Check fuse #13 it's a red 10 amp for the pump. If it is blown the pump won't be working.

When my s/c worked intermittently this fall, I searched all the threads and printed those that indicated intercooler and sensor. After dialog with Chrysler, that's what the dealer replaced and until I put her up on 10/30, the problem was solved. Hopefully it will remain solved next summer.

Have them replace the sensor.

Was thisd a Chrysler Dealer?
I can't imagine them not noticing there was no supercharger function.
I know some are bad but that bad?
When you took it in did you tell them the Supercharger wasn't working or that you needed a new pump?
Mike

It was a Chrysler dealer, told them the Supercharger was not working. They replaced the Aux Water Pump (which is the IC pump). Worked ok on Saturday when I picked it up but I noticed Sunday, when I had a stretch of open highway that is had shut down again. Not sure if they replaced the sensor, going to ask that tomorrow when I drop it off and pick up my minivan loaner...
