When I turn my car to the right like a sharp turn it make a whistling noise. Has any one else had this problem. It only happens when I am going slow like when I am in a parking lot.

I experienced a high-pitch whine (or whistling) noise when driving my 2004-hardtop at low speed. I was able to stop it by turning my blower on/off (with A/C button on). Then the whine would restart. Chrysler dealer determined the problem to be the recirculation actuators in the HVAC. There are (2) at about $34-each. However the labor to replace came in at about $600. Thank goodness for an extended warranty.
