Traded in srt-6
The attention the srt-6 got was starting to really get to me. The Mustang GT was bearable, srt-6 was overboard. People just drooled. I hated it. Especially high school kids. Mine in particular needed a lot of maintenance and I'm trying to buy a house so the 07 accord I traded in for should help me save money and help avoid people staring. haha. funny.
BUT DONT GET EXCITED CUZ I AIN'T GOING ANYWHERE!!!! I plan to bother you guys for as long as this forum is here.
here is a post with stuff im selling.... https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...800#post335800

You traded in an SRT-6 for an 07 accord!? Holy SMOKES!!!
Goodluck with your house though
I would rather live in my SRT-6 then a house if I had to drive an Accord
(Just kidding though!)
Yeah, back in the day I used to say the same thing about sports cars. I'll live in them before I'll drive anything else!
But it wore thin on me that the only thing I did with the srt6 was basically drive to work and home, I'm not the kind of person who goes out at night or does anything fun with the car. It didnt make sense anymore.
When the day comes that I have a house... there will definately be a sports car sitting in the garage, on a lift, waiting for the weekend to come around. Thats my dream at least...

Well you know if you ever want another SRT it will cost you more than that house.
You see, very few, and only the smartest consumers (us that own) know the true value of these seat rockets!
I hope in days to come people realize how great these cars truly are and the value shows it. I hope to keep mine forever though so value will only be good once I'm gone.
Sorry to see it go, but your priorities are right on. In our current market it's time to buy one and then another. PM me I have a great lender in Tucson that's really treating my clients right. Also the list is slim but I have some homes you can get in with $100 total. It's the only program in US that you don't have to put down 3.5%. Good luck and remember it's the single most important purchase you will make in your life.

I owned a mint perfect, totally stock 1969 "Hemi" Dodge Super Bee. I sold it so I could put a $2400.00 greater down payment on my new home, and lower my house payment by $16.00 per month.
With that being said, now is the best time to take advantage of the great deals being offered on homes everywhere. Good Luck

My father had that exact same car. Could talk about it for hours on end. Ended up selling it to buy diapers for when I was born. Everytime he mentions that car he says he regrets EVER selling it.
I told him one day I'll buy it back for him.
