Default Installation cost on crank pulley?

Looking to get my ASP crank pulley kit installed this week. What's the average going rate for the install? Thanks in advance everyone!

Yeah, I paid the same ($150) to have a Mercedes tuning shop here in Atlanta put it on. Not only did I trust them more than myself, but they gave a full guarantee on the install.

We charge 150.00, but the rate changes depending on what else the customer gets.

It’s free for some of us, although it takes me that long to get an espresso brewed and ingested while contemplating the task.

147 ft-lbs and the additional ninety degrees is nothing with which to be trifled. New bolt, of course.

Come on over to the house as I will be doing it all over again when my new pullies arrive.................and I'll guarantee to do it in under 19minutes(it was that slow because I was a SRT pulley virgin).

It pays to have $50k in tools and work on M-B's 5 days a week.

If the general consensus is to replace the crank bolt when upgrading the crank pulley WHERE do I find a bolt like that? Is it something I have to order from a dealer?

You can probably get one from whoever you got your kit from, or yes, a dealer. LET, Eurocharged or TVT might sell you one also.

PM sent.

Is this something they normally stock? Is this something I can pick up at a local auto parts store?

M-B Dealer has them in stock.............they are $5-7/retail. Just tell them you want a crankshaft pulley bolt for an SLK32 or C32 AMG.
