Default Eibach Springs - How to install?

I again failed at using the search button. I figure there has to be a thread of how to install springs and some helpful tips on how to install them but I just couldn't find anything. Can anyone direct me in the right direction?

You have failed miserably!! There are tons of how-to's in the wheel/suspension section. In fact, I just created a thread in there a couple of weeks ago because I just did the install. I will recommend getting yourself up on a lift if you plan on doing it yourself. I'm military so I have access to auto hobby shops.

Dam... no more posting threads for me. My mistake people. I'm hoping I don't NEED a lift. My friend did his evo without one so I'm hoping to its possible to do mine w/o one too. I'm sure its possible just more convenient to do it with one correct? I do have access to a lift sorta, but the access is really restricted and I haven't been able to coax the owner to get their project car out of the garage so I can use it yet. Thanks for even responding cgocifer... I know I've probably pissed off more than a few veterans of forum hah Soarrrrryyyyy everybody.

Here's a link to a "how-to" when I removed all four of my springs with just four jack stands and a floor jack.

Brandon, no need to apologize!! I was just kidding with you! This is a pretty small and tight community.
You can definitely do it without a lift, it's just much, much easier. The main point here is that YES, you can do it! It's very rewarding to do it yourself too. Welcome to the forum and don't be afraid to ask questions or double post. It happens.

Good luck with the install! Let us know how it goes.

P.S. I used the service manual which is posted here on the site. I basically removed the top shock bolts and the lower A-arm bolts. Just be careful when lowering the A-arms so that the spring doesn't come flying out. Use a small jack to keep pressure and slowly lower it down. I also used blue Loctite on all the bolts upon re-installation.

Thanks cgocifer I knew you were kidding but its still pretty pathetic that I can't find anything on this forum no matter how hard I try hah. Oh and I'm not really a newcomer I just tend to hide out and watch... been on here for a year or so but the welcome is still appreciated since this is one of the few threads I actually start so its like I'm new anyway. I'll definitly post up something about how it went when I finallly get around to it I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks again everyone for all your help.
Brandon
