Talking FULL Stainless Headers that actually fit!

Hey guys,

We just wanted to post up what we have been working on lately.

HEADERS! Our headers are made of 16 guage stainless (no mild steel thin gauge junk) We even had the flange that connects to the exhaust made from solid stainless block! (we will also sell these seperately)

The other flanges on then engine side are 3/8" (most others are 1/4")

They will soon be avalible for the SRT6 as well as the C32, and pricing is looking like it is going to land under 1k. The headers are actually all going to be test fit on the spare engines to make sure quality control is up to par. I know we all have seen other ones come out that don't really fit too well!

Let us know your thoughts!

That would be awsome if you guys had your own dyno.

I am starting to salivate over all these mods coming out...... I said that I wouldnt build another car after I put so much $$$ in the stang (still for sale) but it's getting tuff. Nice headers though..will keep eye on dem.

Indeed, even cooler would be a Dyno Dynamics Unit that is portable via trailer and can be towed to remote tuning sessions.......

hum....

I believe the n/a and srt6 exhuast manifolds are identical.

The only thing that concerns me is the headers dont really "collect", and it appears that the merge and the flange is stock size.

I expect no gains from this design but would love to be proven wrong...preferably on a car that is already making 370-380whp.

Good luck!

That was my next question on what the gains would be if any as I hope that we are not just putting stainless on to prevent rust? LOL!

I wasnt sure if the headers were the same given the supercharger and all. Are you 100% sure?

Might want to check Dynapack Dynos - I think they may be portable...? Also, allegedly the most sensitive dyno design/approach available.

Headers look real nice BTW - agree that SS can't be beat; maybe just a little cleaning up of the welds?
