Default Holy Crap!

Wow! That's what I've got to say about the tune I received today. Anthony from TVT Design really went the extra mile for me.

You see, I'm really scrambling to get my car ready for the Spring 2009 Dragon run. Lots to do, and little time to do it.

I just got my car out of storage March 15th, and immediately put my NeedsWings manifolds on. Because I'm a numbnutz, I managed to screw up the install, and snap off a couple of the manifold bolts. (Rob sent me more bolts because he's a swell guy!!) And of course, I didn't want to harm the car by driving it so heavily modded without a good tune, so I proceeded to add a DashDAQ with AFR by Zeitronix (ZT-2). The DashDAQ went in without so much as a hiccup. But the AFR Zeitronix wideband wasn't so easy. I still don't have it installed. The muffler shop that agreed to install the O2 sensor and hook me up backed out. (jerks!) And now I need to find another.

I ordered a new set of wheels from a member of the forum, and despite some travails that worked out well. My current rear tires are almost bald. So I need to get those wheels and tires mounted asap. You just can't do the dragon with bald tires - especially in the spring when rain is a strong possibility.

Anyway, what I've been meaning to say is that I was under the gun to get my car's ECU tuned before the dragon. Both Anthony (TVT Design) and Jerry (LET Motorsports) hooked me up on very short notiice! They had me a tune back withing a matter of and hour and I uploaded it to my car. I'm planning to send in some datalogs for my car after I get my Zeitronix setup installed. I'm certain that LET and TVT will work with me to get the most from my car.

All in all, I can't say enough good about these guys: Rob @ NeedsWings, Anthony @ TVT Design, and Jerry @ LET Motorsports. Great work fellas! Thanks!!
