Everything sounded/looked perfect when I first started the car, I let it warm up and took it for a spin, half hour of driving no issues. I got home and was talking to the neighbor while the car idled. I got back in and had a CEL. Put the car in the garage and started it today, and now I can hear an air sound on the driver side like the one mentioned earlier. Went to autozone and had them check the CEL code.
CEL = P0505 = Idle Air Control Motor (IAC) circuit condition or idle speed higher/lower than expected.
Rob, I used all of the zip ties, and everything looks perfect, so I don't think there's any issues with the catch can setup. Tomorrow I'll check all of my hoses and clamps, the throttle body motor and connection, maybe something came loose or wasn't seated properly. I'll use woody's hose "sniffer" suggestion.
Note: I have the C3 spacer and I'm running the NW gaskets on both sides.

Checked all of the hoses, checked the electrical connection, everything is as it should be. Reset the CEL, and drove the car for an hour, let it idle to 20minutes and no new CEL. Assuming it's a fluke, but I'll check vitals some time in the near future with some datalogging. Rob, you were very helpful, and the catch can installs and works perfectly.
