Default Help please

got a new Dyno I did with the replacement code 3 pulley.
I am once again losing power...10HP
I'm thinking that like many cars in Australia, the power has been electronically reduced, so that when the extra boost is made with the pulley, the ECU panics and limits the revs. It is very common for Aussie variants to have reduced power due to our strict regulations.
What does evryone think?
Anyone know of another modded Aussie SRT6?

surprised no one chimed in on this one yet!
Anyway, Brandon at code3 thinks it may be the temp, and a guy at the track(I ran 13.5) said it's all way too hot. the question is, do I need Waldig Style Big Ol' Heat Exchanger(tm) or just a Johnson pump.
Would my pump really have failed with only 7000 kms? And if it was kaput, wouldn't the loss be more dramatic?

Hey man, if the power is reduced because of our regulations why dont you send your ECU to TVT? it'l take it to american standards PLUS **** loads more. I'm sending mine in soon. Just a thought.

That was my thought.
Get a boost gauge installed.
