Thumbs up NeedsWings to the Rescue...again...

i just wanted to take the time out of my workday and post this for you all to read.

i recently dropped my SRT6 off at my buddy's shop to remove the ECU and ship it out and do subsequent DYNO runs and testing. my buddy accidentally shipped my ECU to inMotion USA 'FITNESS' in michigan rather than InMotion USA tuning in Oregon!!!!!

needless to say, i was FREAKING out!!!!! i had no idea where my ecu was. i was finally contacted by a girl who worked there, saying she had my car part that "looked pretty important."

i told james about it, and he suggested i call rob at needswings since he lives in michigan.

long story short...... Rob lives over an hour away from this place, but sympathizing with my plight, drove all the way out there and fetched my ECU from this girl!!!! then shipped it out to james at inmotion today. only asking me to pay shipping charges.

this is WHY you all are constantly hearing me sing his praises. NeedsWings is a great example of not just quality control and service, but 'integrity' as well.

thank-you again Rob.

Nice write up! You would not find many people that would do what Rob did. Sounds like a stand up guy!

Brian,

LOL I was thinking the same thing. Actually I thought it is pretty ironic that a 135 pound body builder has his ECU sent to a fitness center!

J-fire no dis-respect Bud, but I just have to admit that I did get quite a chuckle out of it. I agree with you about Rob, he has gone out of his way to earn all of our business.

Stay safe ~ oh and I hope your ECU is "Pumped" when you get it back

Respectfully,

Paul (MisterTaz)

Jfire- Now that's a good one. Hip, hip, hooray. It's hard enough to compete with Rob's products, but his customer service is second to none.

That is a nice read there J-Fire and I wish more vendors/companies were like Rob/Needswings. That quote pretty much sums it up for me as well. IMO Rob and Needswings is hands down the best at customer service, innovation, workmanship and product for us all while keeping the costs reasonable. He will get all my future business if I can help it. Thanks Rob!

That was a excellent thing Rob did, and you have every right to boast about how great a guy he his and how much you like Needswings products. I personally think the black powder coated twin air intake set up with matching plenums is a 10 out of 10.
