NeedsWings to the Rescue...again...
Rob/NW is good people. No doubt about it.
He is always willing to answer any crazy questions I have or meet over a few brews when I am in his neck of the woods

I agree 1000 % , Rob's customer service is excellent. While putting my engine back together I decided an oil catch can would be a good idea since my intercooler was FULL of oil, I e-mailed Rob and said if you have one ready and I can have it in 2 days,I'll buy it . Two days later fedex walked in the door with it, perfectly packaged. Thanks for the good ole' fashioned " I Care " customer service, Rob ! ! !
Rob....You the man
What a great thread to read and I must say you will go out of your way to help a guy out.
See ya at Woodward unless ya make it to Carlise first.

thank you everyone, we buy car parts too and see the good and the bad daily and learn from mistakes. im not sure if there is anything more to it then believing in karma.
i cant take the credit for today tho, that was liz i bribed into making the trip as running there myself would have pimped 3 crossfire installs this weekend. all worked out well in the end and everything got shipped out in time.
ps, i asked her if jessica (the fitness trainer lady) was a cutie for you to send flowers to for not throwing away your expensive hunk of metal but i was told a thank you card would suffice.

Hell yea another great NW experience! Talk about going waaaaay beyond the call of duty. There just isnt another forum like ours with such tight knit support. I really love this place!
