I rebent the tranny lines and flipped them upside down to get them out of the way. Please look at my gallery and see the photos there so that you can see how they were mounted, formed. Woody

I thought of that but wasn't sure tif the lines were able to be rebent without snapping in two.

Like woddy said i just bent them out of the way, just be careful not to kink anything. Needswings sells a relocation bracket and what not if you aren't a do it yourselfer type.

About the issue of rain at the filter location. Honestly with the dual intake setup unless both filters get completely blocked by water and your wide open throttle you wont pull in any water. 20,000 miles of the filter in that location with no issues. That includes spray the front bumper/ grill off with the car running to clean off bugs, and driving through a big ol puddle that splashed on the hood. If fact I have no heard of one person Hyrdolocking the motor with a simliar setup.

Edit: also i ditched the Hard merge pipe as it caused to much stress on the throttlebody gasket, while the flat 90degree silicone coupler isn't ideal it does alow for the flex on pipes.

With my Intake, I just used Spectre's y pipe with silicon coupler. I had to shave down the Y to fit between firewall and TB. I like the plastic Spectre uses so that weight is down and temperature desperses equally to aluminum. I will pick up a bender and reverse my PS lines. Thanks

I went with the spector y body and shortened it, then ran silicone to throttle body (you can see it in my AVATAR, and while running you can hold the pipes and notice No vibration and very minimal heat transfer.

I should like to come up and see you, change my tranny oil, and see how your tune and exhaust are behaving.
