Nope, not without engine internals.

I could imagine possibly getting an NA to make stock srt6 numbers....but thats pure speculation until someone actually does it.

NA would have to be low boost on its current setup

Default AMGLover where are you???

Oh I wonder where that member AMGLover is now? He left us a long time ago but not before he deleted all his posts with tons of useful info on our cars LOL! We would constantly argue back and forth on how this could and couldn't work. He even said that an equally pullied blower car would work a turboed one Ha!!! What a tool...

This one's for you AMGLover

That must be it. During the winter you folks are planning, designing, creating while we are driving.

Ok, you folks think up more cooool stuff for our cars and we will use them year round.

But why can't we have it both ways???

I already offered mine.

I'll do it again.

When you are ready, you can have mine to play with till you're happy.

I'll just have to drive Cathy's SRT.

Ah, I appologize as I took your post in gest.

if you are coming to our open house, lets discuss the opportunity and what we would like to see from the project.

Unfortunately we seem to be having guests that weekend. I'm still trying to duck out.

Here's the dyno screen from the movie, for those of you that haven't had a chance to download the entire file:

The first pull....the car made a mere 350whp....Jerry and Tony made small corrections last night with fuel and timing and 4 flashes later she made 428whp at 17-18psi of boost. She still has a lot in her, but I need to get off the line better before we add more HP. Torque converter and maybe a small shot of N2O to come soon.

~EDIT~ And as for the power curve, I had to ease into throttle so the car would not down shift. WOT was not reached until 4200-4300rpms. On the street, the power is very usable.

How is idle and driveability? Any odd issues from not having the s/c present?

How does the drive train hold up to such an increase? If these came stock with HP in that range people would be lining up still to buy one. Again WOW..how many seconds does it take to go from "0- jail"?

We did have to keep the SC clutch in the car for the time being. Idle is perfect at 750 rpms in park and 600 rpms in drive. I drove the car 850 miles round trip to the Midwest SRT Nationals in Ohio over the weekend.

GREAT JOB...........and on a Dyno Dynamics(which is notorious for LOW readings) as well!!! Long live turbos!!!

PS It took me 6 minutes to download the shortest dyno pull ever filmed.

the car sounds like it is running smoothly with the turbo but it sure does have that off switch on switch peaky powerband that a lot of turbo cars are plagued with.

I am sure with some more testing you can get a turbo that will be able to provide a wider powerband. Otherwise it will just be good for some roll racin yo!

again, god job on the fabrication and tuning. this is definately a great thing to see going on with these cars, hopefully something great comes out of it.

In person, pins actually look really really good......

Next to one in the same color, it was night and day, much nicer with the pins...
