Turbo Crossfire on the Dyno crushes 400 hp
Congratulations Guys, Most impressive!!!
Jake I'll probably be at your shop Monday or Tuesday for the exhaust, headers and everything else we can throw into it! I want to see SRTLabs car if it's still in the shop.
At least we will now have a great option for blown superchargers.
see ya

If you guys can't get more than 18psi out of that turbo without running into fuel issues, I'd suggest going down to a 3147.
Awesome work. I'm not the slightest bit surprised by the numbers.

I don't have the graph on me, let me see what I can do for ya.

Congrats on the HP.
When I was first looking at having STS turbo mine they felt 500 was totally doable.
I would like to see what it might do on a road course.
Good luck and Squeeze the Cr*p out of it.
Just when I thought I was satisfied

come to the open house, we can "chat"
do you think that you guys will be able to turbo charge a na anytime in the near? like a few months from now? and what do you think this would run about
i cant speak for EC but i know that it wouldn't be an easy or cheap project for sure. my question for you is why do you want to turbo the car? love the car so much and want more power? just want to be the first? Its just a car you dont know what to do with so why not turbo it?

From talking to Jake and reading the MB forums...I am pretty sure a C32 application is next on the list. While this is the same engine, there is some different spacing issues (C's have less) so it may take some time...
So as for an N/A application...I can't speak specifically for EC, but if I were to guess I would say that it would be pretty costly. You would have to replace the internals or keep it really low boost...which then your $/hp ratio would be crappy....
my $.02

~EDIT~ And as for the power curve, I had to ease into throttle so the car would not down shift. WOT was not reached until 4200-4300rpms. On the street, the power is very usable.

yeah i know its going to cost some money but i mean if its worth it i would think about it. and i am wanting to turbo the car for many reasons if your talking to me. i want it to be quicker and i love the way a pov sounds while shifting gears. i dont care about being first in fact i would rather not be first cause i want all the bugs out before i do that.

Custom exhaust would probably be around $2000...
Tuning is theoretically only $600...but I would probably say $1000 would be a fair price...
Dyno is on average $100/3pulls... so call it probably $500 for dyno...
so then you are looking at an additional 3500... = $7750 plus labor hours for fabrication and not to mention the special pixie dust EC sprinkles on everything to make it look nice and work in harmony...
