Default Beautiful AZ summer weather

Thought I would share a couple of pics of the temps here.
The first pic is with my car sitting outside just before I took it for a spin.
The second shot is after a 3 mile spirited run.

I was born and raised in North Phx/Glendale area until I left in 1995 for the military. I won't be going back other than to visit my parents. I like the North! Well, I do miss northern AZ, especially Sedona and Flagstaff.

It's about 89-90 here but with TONS of humidity. I'll take a dry 100+.

That's the humidity we had a few days ago. Sucks doesn't it.

Nicer weather is on it's way, it was gorgeous here today.

It is in the low 80's, sunny and low humidity for the weekend.... a little warm for me, but pretty darn nice out..... mowed the lawn, washed the cars.... now I have to find 'something' to do tomorrow.....

Yep dry heat is great. It's hot but everywhere you go here has air conditioning. We just need an indoor race track.
Mike I have a feeling your hitting the track tomorrow.

Back in high school, we did an experiment. We not only fried eggs, but hamburgers, hot dogs, and some melted cheese on the asphalt during a string of days in the 120's!

The day it was 122 I was doing a landscape job. It was so hot that year constantly 118's, that I couldn't tell the difference that day. Hot is hot when it's over 110. So far this year it's been pretty mild, but the heat seems like it's coming.

I grew up in Flagstaff.

I'll take Phoenix heat over Houston heat any day of the week.

Wednesday, here in Houston, it was 104 (I'm not talking "heat index" bs, either) with a maximum humidity of 85%.

Enjoying the awesome temps in flagstaff then dealing with houston humidity is rough. I visit my relatives from lubbock to houston every few years and the summers are awful there. That's the beauty of phoenix, you can always drive 2 hours to flagstaff and feel like it's a whole different state.

You posted a day to early. Coming down 51 today 113 degrees. Dew point was 62 degrees. It will just get better. Going up to White Mountains this weekend. At 8,000 feet will be 20-25 degrees cooler. Can't wait.
