Beautiful AZ summer weather
I was born and raised in North Phx/Glendale area until I left in 1995 for the military. I won't be going back other than to visit my parents. I like the North! Well, I do miss northern AZ, especially Sedona and Flagstaff.

Nicer weather is on it's way, it was gorgeous here today.
It is in the low 80's, sunny and low humidity for the weekend.... a little warm for me, but pretty darn nice out.....
mowed the lawn, washed the cars.... now I have to find 'something' to do tomorrow.....
Yep dry heat is great. It's hot but everywhere you go here has air conditioning. We just need an indoor race track.
Mike I have a feeling your hitting the track tomorrow.

Back in high school, we did an experiment. We not only fried eggs, but hamburgers, hot dogs, and some melted cheese on the asphalt during a string of days in the 120's!
The day it was 122 I was doing a landscape job. It was so hot that year constantly 118's, that I couldn't tell the difference that day. Hot is hot when it's over 110. So far this year it's been pretty mild, but the heat seems like it's coming.
^.~ yesterday I got in the Xfire at arounndd 3ish in the afternoon (Plano, Texas) and uhhh it said 117F... sooo after a little bit of driving it dropped down to 109.. anddd then went up to 111... soo lol.. needless to say i had the A/C on high.
I grew up in Flagstaff.
I'll take Phoenix heat over Houston heat any day of the week.
Wednesday, here in Houston, it was 104 (I'm not talking "heat index" bs, either) with a maximum humidity of 85%.

You posted a day to early. Coming down 51 today 113 degrees. Dew point was 62 degrees. It will just get better. Going up to White Mountains this weekend. At 8,000 feet will be 20-25 degrees cooler. Can't wait.
