hmm the seats are not srt seats, but the dash is. the emblem isnt the real plaque but looks like one, it has N/A wheels and no wing, and if im seeing correct it has the N/A bumper with no fogs. or do N/A crossfires have the 200 mph dash as well? if so then its completely N/A
This was the response from the people selling it....
sorry for your info and lack of knowledge but this is a srt 6 so if you would like to buy please fill free to call

Nice. Good to see it again...The new stickers are a funny way to cover up the "butcher job" done on this poor car. Will someone buy this thing already so we can stop talking about it every 90 days? LOL
This comes up so often I think it should almost be stickied. LOL
Here's how the fairytale goes,
There once was this dude that owned two crossfires, a black base coupe and a graphite SRT6 coupe, but he couldn't afford either. He became delinquent on the srt6 first so he pulled anything and everything he could easily swap with his base. The brakes, the wing, the front bumper cover, the seats, the rims and other misc items he took from the SRT6 and put on the base. He painted everything he put on the base black because that car wasn't getting repo'd....yet. He didn't paint the stuff from his base that was going on the SRT6 for obvious reasons... he had no money. The bank snatched up the SRT6, and he tried to sell the "SRT6 Edition Base Coupe" on eBay but no one bought it. The SRT6 and "SRT6 Edition" started popping up on various car sale websites and lots of people on the forum starting posting threads about these peculiar cars.
The End.

AutoCheck states is was a lease/rental, was repo'd, and has been at at least 8 auto acutions.
Poor car has been picked by vultures. I would avoid at any cost.

I emailed the car lot just to see what they would say. The salesman's reply was as slippery as the history of the car. I wouldn't buy from them if the car was a perfect SRT-6.
My email.
Hello, Is this car a theft recovery or repo? What kind of title is associated with this car? Why are all of the SRT-6 parts missing (wheels, seats, wing, front bumper)? I have never heard of a Black Max Edition, can you tell me more about it? Also, I would like a photo of the engine bay. Thanks
I received no engine bay photo.
Reply
"One of a Kind" "Black Max Edition" Clean title and certain to be a collector! I'm and not a srt 6 expert but this is an excellent low production supercar. We bought the car this way, what is listed in the add is on this special edition.
thanks

Black Max Edition SRT6... Hmmm... Not seeing that on Kelly Blue Book... Not seeing it on NADA either... Are you sure they made a Black Max Edition??? You'd think something like that would have raised a red flag faster than France could raise a white one. JK
Also, for those in the market, I have an AM6 nitro solar radioactive powered scooter for sale... One of a kind... Sure to impress...
And yes, I know I typed AM6, not AMG

Now that's funny.
I noticed the SRT brakes are gone, Dan's cousin is selling a "Law Suit"
Jeez what a mongrel! I wonder if the wing deploys since the ECU for the SRT-6 doesn't have to deploy a pop-up spoiler. With taste like that, it's no wonder he didn't have enough brains to avoid repossession.
We've seen a NA on this forum with a crapload of add on SRT parts wonder if these two cars are somehow related??
PS
BLKFIN already scooped me on this see his post: https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...y-srt-6-a.html

Well, lets just put an end to the BS, and tell everyone there was no such thing....ever, and my quess is, he didn't own anything, but access to a junk yard....cause that is what something looks like my cousins would put together at the salvage yard they work at...they can make just about anything...
