New Member Introduction
Hi All,
I've been lurking here for a couple of months. I purchased a 2005 SRT6 roadster the end of July, with only 7800 miles on it (yes, it's black). I'm loving the car (planning to keep it for a long time), and enjoying all the great info on this forum. Just wanted to say hi.

Too bad you didn't post sooner I could have warned you about getting a BLACK Crossfire!
But since it is a Crossfire you are welcomed into our exclusive XF Family with open arms!

And I knew what I was getting into - I've owned black cars before. Black cars look great when they're all clean and polished - it's just that a black car hardly ever looks clean and polished!! (well, if you drive it much!).
Of course, the Crossfires are so pretty, just about any color looks great!

Welcome to the forum DaveK! Hope you get as much enjoyment out of your SRT6 Roadster as
I've gotten from my SRT6 Coupe (with 75K miles now). You have one of the best performing
vehicles on the road, and I'm sure you will have a lot of fun, even if it is Black

Sounds as though you looked around and found just the right SRT for you.
