A few new gaskets
while we are reassembling the motor (nothing broke, just want to go faster) we made a few more gaskets...
Throttle Body Gasket
Intercooler Gasket
Throttle Body Gasket

OK, Rob. I'll be the one to ask the dumb question:
Why would you put a gasket between the throttle body and the SC? The air isn't pressurized at that point, so I don't get it.

Lessee....my theory is that they're trying to minimize the heat transfer from the supercharger to the throttle body. If the throttle body is cooler, then it will heat the intake air even less resulting in a denser air charge and more power.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what I'm thinking.

we haven't seen a major problem in the past with the leaking tb gaskets, i've heard of 2 so far in which replacing the gasket with another factory one fixed the problem. we needed to make the tb gaskets for a custom project for a customer (im sure you will see it soon). at the same time i made an extra few for myself. i havent price compared the oem one to ours but i'm guessing its comparable and i will have the piece of mind that the one i made on my car won't be leaking. so the short answer, if your car is running fine, cool, leave the tb gasket alone. if you have your car apart already i like our material better then the oem gasket.
the intercooler gasket i am very happy with and excited to use.
we made a few other gaskets/plates but i don't think i will end up using them afterall after mulling over them for the past week.
i have a post over on cicci with pics of the project
To a point is should help in theory but we have other much "cooler" tricks up our sleeves this round of mods.
