Default c3 pulley saver kit

its here!! rob made me a psk just for the c3 users. i installed it last week and so far it works flawlessly. my goal was to eliminate the pulleys that keep failing on me and this is the real deal. install was easy and the no more grinding bearings!
heres a video and a couple pics

my impression is the tensioner is a bit over halfway on install but as it stretches it should loosen a tad. spoke with rob and he thinks it will be fine. not as much belt wrap on the c3 as hoped but it will do for me.
if any c3 users want this simply contact needswings and they can hook you up!
thanx rob for being patient with me and woody for his great ideas.

300+ miles som far with no issues. some hard launches along with a few high speed runs (140mph+) and it just purrs!

I don't think the list ever ends....but, at least I'm at the install stage...so, I will keep saving. Rob has been a great help, so I will be ordering this kit soon....but, 240, and a tune are still in line as well....one at a time....lol

Just to satisfy my curiosity, why is there a hole with no bolt in it? I thought, maybe mistakenly, that the bracket behind it had a hole in it. The more support the better.
Just curious.

The original design has a bolt in that position to support the brace on the bracket that is located there. It needs to be a bit longer due to the thickness of the support bar.

i was trying different belts from rob to find the best fit and you have to remove the bracket to get the belt off and on. it now has a bolt in it.
the kit may not be available just yet as im still adding miles and rob has another pulley for me to try on the tensioner to get a more center postition. i just couldnt wait to tell everyone!! i love this kit because im no longer worried that crappy idler next to the s/c wont seize and go ping- ponging around my engine!!!
