Pulley Question
One of my bearings is going bad and I isolated it to what I would call the Idler Pulley. It is left of the water hose. Anyway, I looked up idler pulley for a SRT6 and saw that Gates makes one so I went and purchased it. The part # is 38082. The pulley is 63.5MM. Looking at the pulley that is currently on there, this looks way too small. Before taking the belt off and cover off the pulley, does anyone know the size pulley that should go there?
Thanks,
Glenn aka Marine05

Hey Glenn I don't know offhand, but I can go and measure mine for you, if you indicate which pulley it is, as there is a small idler pulley under the supercharger also.

Guess you got the answer Glenn, hope you manage to get one before the weekend !
If you get stuck I have one of my LET pulley set that you could use temorarily, but I'd have to check the diameter, as I think it is smaller, and I don't know if you'd get the belt tensioned correctly.

Thanks everyone. I guess I will have to take this darn thing apart and bring it to a part's supplier. Everyplace I checked online, keeps on showing the smaller pulley size (The one that sits just to the left of the Super Charger).
Hopefully I can get this done before our GTG this weekend!

So I will close out this thread by telling everyone that more than likely you have to get an Idler Pulley from a MB Dealership. I searched high and low online and everytime I searched for an idler pulley, it showed the smaller ribbed pulley. I took the 90MM pulley off and went to the MB Dealership. As soon as the Parts Guy saw it, he said "Looks like you need an idler pulley." The MB dealership had one in stock. It was a little steep ($84 bucks), but my research time cost more than that. I put the pulley on this evening and am ready for the GTG tomorrow.
Looks like a nice day in Houston/Galveston.
Thanks Everyone!

the small idler pulley next to the s/c is 1202000470
the larger idler pulley and the tensioner pulley are the same. 1122020119
go to parts.com and use the part # search under m/b
