Beautiful. yep, that's our Cross, and why they couldn't keep it around. How are you gonna sell that over a mere Chrysler?

 

I love the new SLS AMG Coupes. Can't wait til the release the SLS Roadster.

I personally like the body lines of the SLS as is, there definitely seem to be some Stoddard-esque lines in it, but it is still a shape of its own.

Though, that does look pretty good.

 

bump that Z. beautiful car. This is the car, as photoshopped above, that I always think the Cross would have looked like had the design elongated the rear, from the rear window back. That's the shape I always see when I look at her. Then at that 40K price they probably would have had to beat people away from the dealerships. Not to say anything in particular wrong with ours, but IMO it does drop a tad too fast at the back given the lenghth of the front, so in my minds' eye I would have stretched the back a bit more. But then again, I'm not a designer. probably a good thing all in all.

 

The only thing that could make the SLS better is if they got rid of the M156 engine (6.3L N/A V8) and replaced it with the just released M157i (5.5L V8 Biturbo). The new engine makes a bit more power, but has tons more potential for power... Just saying. If we wanted to get nit picky about the SLS design.
