But....for those impatient people.... we will have some details about the pulley in our monthly newsletter that comes out the beginning of the month. You can sign up for the newsletter on the front page of our website. (mid right side)

oh, and guys, I went down the path of a new sc. Not worth the costs involved and I have a shop with free labor lol. Your biggest bets would be manifolds coulpled with a bigger throttle body and intake. That is what I had!
Your products are great, but we have hearing the SC pulleys will be out in a month for the last 3-4 months Out with it!!!! I have credit card ready!!!

You know I'm on the waiting list, and I look forward to the end result. I know 65mm was mentioned, but I'm hoping you guys decide that a 64mm will work out. O.K.

Great news and a keen price...thanks for 'listening to the customer' EC and acknowledging the survey results. 65mm will be just fine for me!

Precise measurements!
Stock Crank Pulley is 154.4mm
Stock Supercharger Pulley is 74.2 mm

65mm SC Pulley = 176.25mm Crank Pulley

Anyone that has a 65mm C3 (or will purchase the new 65mm EC pulley) can surely take it to a machine shop and get it turned down to 63mm? There's got to be enough metal for that

Do we need to buy a "BeltWrap kit" or PSK from Rob with the new EC pulley? Is it the same as the 178/181PSK, or does it have stock size or different size pullies and a different belt length? I don't see a Beltwrap kit for the code3 on his website is why I ask. This has probably been talked about thousands of times, sorry guys.

up in the air at this point. We are talking about a smaller one, but that might take a bit...

you should be fine with what you have and just add the pulley! Some have added the pulley saver and swear by it. Others haven't...

btw, newsletter was out this morning!

But the supercharger pulley is not running the extras faster for more load.

The pulley saver kit is designed for the crank pulley replacements. Since this is a supercharger pulley, you don't need the pulley saver kit.

However: some have installed the PSK with a Code3 pulley simply because the design of the PSK gives about 10% more wrap around the supercharger pulley, thus giving the belt more grip and should have less slippage. I've been considering doing this myself. If I get my pulley machined down to 63mm, I will definitely do this as you'll need the extra grip.

i have the first c3 psk ever built by rob. i bothered him for almost a yr to build it for me.
100mm idlers and 90mm tensioner pulley with new proper length belt. this kit eliminates the crappy oem idler pullys and adds a better wrap around the s/c pulley. just ask rob and he can make a kit up for anyone who wants it. btw we stayed with the 90 mm tensioner to keep the tensioner in the middle of the spring travel. all the pulleys and the belt are available at napa for about half what m/b wants for theirs
