A.C. Blowing Warm Air.
1st time i used A.C. since i installed nw duel intake w/kn extreme filters.
Anybody that installed duel intakes having the same problem ? I can't believe i'm blocking that much air flow to the A.C. radiator, you think ? I'm running a let he so the only thing in front of the A.C. rad. is the extreme filters. Thanks for all your comments and thoughts. ILLCYA

Actually i am having the same problem. i have the dual Cai Needswings intake, all of a sudden it blows out hot air and i move the switch and await a few minutes and it goes back to normal. I don't know whats happening so if somebody has a idea pls share your opinion...
Check and make sure you did not knock any connectors loose or off on the a/c system, just used my a/c today and its working fine also just installed the NW cai set up in a few months back, so far no problems

My car blows hot air for the first few minutes the a/c is on and its stock intake wise... These cars have high underhood temps, so the condenser has to cool all of the hot freon in the system before it gets cold, and theres a fair length of a/c plumbing under hood.
That being said, if it only does it when the car isnt moving it sounds like a fan problem. If it does it all the time you could have a freon problem (low pressure, leak, or something) or the a/c compressor is on its way out. If you have low freon levels and pressures and are still running the a/c the compressor wont be properly lubricated and will prematurely fail

I installed the Needswing dual CAI in January, and everything works just fine. It is already quite warm here in Phoenix, so if the CAI or filters had any influence on the AC that would have showed itself immediately. Sorry,
but it must be something else.

Reading the e-service manual on a.c. system operation, i can see without all the special gauges and tools this is a job for the pro's.A good test for using my extended warrantee at the dealer
i purchased it and my car. I'll get back with the cause and the solution, mean while i might as well roll down the windows enjoy the sound of the engine and the wind blowing thru my scalp (thin hair). ILLCYA
P.S. Appointment made at dealer friday 28th 8:00am.

Ok, now after the dealer recharged the system w/r-134 its working fine. My max care warrantee took care of the complete bill.(invoice marked warrantee #xxxxxxx/ no charge). Thanks guys, ILLCYA
PS-Looked at a 2007 grand charokee srt-8 (black) while i was there, ($31000) one of the mechanics bought it after i looked at it.
