Supercharger kit $5000, headers long tubes another $1700 not to mention twin disc clutch or built auto $1000-3500. The best yet is you can't even drive 800rwhp on the street unless you mini tub it.
Already been there
Well my friend you must have gone down a different road.... Dallas Performance and LG Motorsports builds these 800+ hp cars all day. They are a dime a dozen around here.

Here are a couple vids of that LS3 car I was talking about. The first one has a complete detail of his mods...
well less than $10K It also shows hims absolutely spanking a 700 hp HPF Turbo M3.

The second video you will need to fast forward through all the gabbing...this race was for $$$ and more
importantly to shut up the guy with the built motor who was talking all the crap for a week. Mind you the slower Vette
has spent a ton more and dynos at 800 HP.

That Vet ain't running 14psi on a stock bottom end and if he is it won't be for long. If you know your motors LS3 are similar to LS6's crank will handle 900hp barely rods won't . You ain't running 800whp for 10 grand. I don't know how Dallas performance builds their cars, but if you are selling 800hp package on stock bottom ends then I at least hope you tell the customer to enjoy their ticking time bomb. Two of the best are A&A corvette and ECS. 650 rwhp is pushing the limit on stock internals and that is with keeping timing at 12-14* and spraying pure meth.

Thats my setup, so nice and clean when not in the car, only difference is now Andy runs the air filter line to a vent in the oil fill cap like the top picture, older kits ran to the valve cover like in the bottom picture.

You can supercharger you vet if you do the work yourself for about $7000 (supercharger and ARH longtubes racing cats) then another 500 for tuning. If you stick with 550-570rwhp you will be fine and no motor issues. Install is a **** though, removal of steering rack to key the crank or go further like I did and do the cam bolts also. It is not a user freindly set up for work, but if you decide to do it A&A corvette kits are very good or you can use ECS superchargers in NJ for a kit or install. If you decide to do it yourself I can walk you through all of it

Yeah man, I wouldn't even ATTEMPT to do the install on my own. The dual NW intake on my SRT6 was difficult enough for my level of experience. lol I may go all motor- it's not as much power but it won't break the bank (as much...I should say).

The great thing is there are plenty of shops to CHOOSE from! I absolutely LOVE having a car that is current and broods a healthy aftermarket.

I started looking into appearance mods (ie Z06/GS bumper/front-rear fender replacements but I almost choked when I saw the price! I'd rather dump that kind of cash into go-fast goodies rather than be a Z06 poser.
