I have a buddy in SA, who is absolutely in love with my car. The power, the looks...the whole enchilada.

Apparently, his sentiments are shared through most of SA. The N/As and SRTs there are still going for around retail...even used.

He said a low mileage N/A you can rarely find for 220,000rand and the SRTs are almost always around 300,000rand.

...maybe I should ship my SRT down there and sell it...hell, I know the shipping costs plus the higher retail value would still net me more of a profit than just trading it in here...

...oh wait, I'm not getting rid of it anytime soon. haha..

Good read.

I posted this SRT6 sale ad a while back, it confirms the pricing in South Africa. I believe 290,000 Rand = $37,000 USD. Even shipping of $3,000 is a nice profit vs. the prices in the USA.....
Just my 2 cents

I'm 99% sure it is right hand drive there. My cousin imported an early 80's Mercedes from South Africa and it was right hand drive. Really wierd riding in the front passenger seat with him driving here in the States. I kept going for the brakes.
